Resources & Capabilities

Metal 3D Printing

Westminster Tool’s in-house additive technology offers alternatives for component work. Using Mantle’s TrueShape Technology, we can produce custom, metal-printed components for your projects.

  • Material: H13 and P20
  • Hardness: Up to 52 HRC on H13, 33 HRC on P20
  • Build Volume: Up to 6 in. × 6 in. × 4 in.
  • Tolerance: +/- 0.002 to +/- 0.006
  • Surface Finish: 1-4 μm Ra

Polymer 3D Printing

Using Westminster Tool’s desktop polymer 3D printer, you can identify challenges or produce the look and feel of a part by printing life-size prototype parts prior to molding. This opportunity also allows us to build custom fixturing quickly and cost effectively.

  • Ultimaker 3D Printer
  • Dual Extrusion
  • Open material system for most common
    polymers
  • Carbon-filled, glass-filled compatible

Machining

Driven by automation, palletization and repeatable processes, our team will find a manufacturing plan that reduces cost and maximizes accuracy.
