Q1: What are some of your hobbies, outside of work?
Soccer, hiking, working on my Miatas, anything outside in the sun!
Q2: What is something you enjoy about working at Westminster Tool?
I really enjoy the blend of personalities. Everybody in the company has different views, upbringings, and yet we all meld together to accomplish our challenges as a team.
Q3: What did you want to be when you grew up?
Carpenter. I always wanted to work with my hands and build things. Being able to hold and show off something that you build has always been a motivator for me, and still is as a mold designer.
Q4: Who inspires you? Do you have a personal hero?
My father. He started working at his current company at 17 and worked through almost every position getting more experience as he worked for 30+ years now. His commitment with the same company and a better vision for the future has always been evident, which has instilled similar goals for myself.
Q5: What accomplishment are you most proud of?
My first project is my proudest accomplishment, mainly because of the failure I worked through to get to success. I was forced outside of my comfort zone, working alone to solve a complex challenge for a customer. Working through failure early in my career and learning from those mistakes helped me realize my own weaknesses and grow as a person.
