Q1: What are some of your hobbies, outside of work?
Make Wine, make projects with my kids, help my son and daughter in sports, hang out with my wife, family, and friends. Help out when and where I can.
Q2: What is the best advice you have ever received? What is the worst?
The best: Take in all the info/lessons people are willing to share use what you can then make it your own. People have all different life experience and you should learn from them.
The worst: Do things wrong on purpose that you don’t like doing because they will never ask you to do it again.
Q3: What was your first job? What did you learn from it?
I worked on a farm in a hay field throwing and stacking Hay on trailers and in barns. Hard work pays off however it taught me I didn’t want to do that for the rest of my life.
Q4: What is something you enjoy about working at Westminster Tool?
I love the family environment, the people I get to work with, the tools I get to use, and work I get to do. I love [that] it’s a flexible place especially when a family emergency comes up, I always have a second family to help out with things. (comradery)
Q5: What motivates you?
My Family, working with people I like, and helping people if I can.
