Q1: What are some of your hobbies, outside of work?
Coaching basketball and soccer, building things / home projects, and spending time with my grandchildren.
Q2: What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Raising successful children who are confident, hard working and give back through volunteering.
Q3: What was your first job? What did you learn from it?
Designer at Harris Graphics Corporation. I learned that no one person is irreplaceable, it takes a team. One of the engineers who I worked with at the time decided to leave and because of his knowledge I thought “how will we survive”. We did.
Q4: What is something you enjoy about working at Westminster Tool?
Being able to work on a project from start to finish and being involved in all aspects of the job. As well as the can do attitude and general respect given by all employees.
Q5: What motivates you?
A new project or challenge and getting to see a thought or concept become reality. The result of staying dedicated at the end of any project, work or home, and saying I don’t know how we did it but we did.
