Our family first environment.
Q3: What was your first job? What did you learn from it?
Dish washing. I learned not to procrastinate. Getting behind on one load of dishes could have a ripple effect setting myself, the wait staff, and the kitchen behind on many aspects of the dining process. Our customers expected perfect dish wash quality and efficiency was a must to meet customer demand.
Q4: Who inspires you?
My grandfather, Elliot Stein. Any success I’ve had so far should be attributed to the great relationship I had with my grandfather throughout my adolescence. Elliot was a holocaust survivor who lost both parents and nine other members of his immediate family. The challenges he faced in his early life are beyond imagination, yet Elliot still managed to immigrate to the United States, learn English, become a citizen, start a family, and build a successful grocery store franchise.
The stories he shared of his experiences have influenced my character and work ethic to this day. As soon as I turned 13 years old, he taught me financial literacy, how the stock market worked, and the importance of putting aside a little bit of every penny I earn no matter how little that may be. He was one of the most kind, good natured, fun loving, and genuinely caring individuals to ever enter my life. Thank you grandpa, I love and miss you very much.
Q5: What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Building my support network of family, friends, the Westminster team, and Aerospace industry professionals. Playing my part in building a fun and vibrant environment to pursue our passions.
